Frequent API 529 Overloaded Errors on Team/Pro Plan

Expected behavior:
As a paying Team/Pro subscriber, I expect to have priority API access or at least reduced frequency of overload errors compared to free
tier users.

Suggestion:
Implement API priority queuing for paid plans to ensure better availability for Team/Pro subscribers.
