Cannot scroll backwards whilst Claude Code CLI is working.

What's Wrong?

When Claude Code CLI is working, if you scroll back even a tiny bit, the display shoots right to the very beginning of the session. It seems that when code is working, you can either be at the very start or at the very end, but nothing in between.

What Should Happen?

The user's terminal should remain at the same position that the user scrolled to.
