What's Wrong?

"Interrupted. What do you want Claude to do instead" this message is appearing almost on all actions.
It is most definitely coming up when claude code cli is asked ot search for anything broad or narrow or even exact search for a particular file even. This is always happening to me.
Next if I try to ask it to do any thinking it stops midway and displays this issue too. Not sure what is happening

What Should Happen?

well the required search must happen without any interruptions eg if you ask hey tell me if this SomeFileStack.ts is deploying any API endpoints then it must answer the question but all i get is "⏺ Let me try to read it directly.

Steps to Reproduce

Give it an instruction - "Hey read this X.ts file and tell me if what is it doing"
You will get above error
