What's Wrong?
Since the updates within the last day or two Claude has almost entirely stopped creating plans when in plan mode without specific prompts telling it to. Also plan mode and auto edit are just not being respected edits go through and plans are not created, basically why have any of them if Claude just does what it wants anyways. The modes are just not being respected. Especially plan mode feels almost entirely broken. I'm working on windows in WSL

Those issues are on different versions and may not even be relevant to the current issue, this issue is new and distinct from prior problems
I can confirm, this has been getting worse. This past month it was making plans and then always saying "The user has accepted the plan let me move forward" without any user input but it would notice that plan mode was still activated and would not modify any files. Then the past 2 weeks it started making changes even in plan mode, and the past few days it stopped making plans at all and just implemented the changes immediately.
I am on MacOS and another colleague of mine told me he had the issue too.
