[BUG] Opus 4.5 API Usage Billing can't use claude CLI max plan anymore why?

where is all this broken? So the CLI stopped working, it says API usage billing only or whatever. I can only choose from Opus and Sonnet has completely vanished. The CLI doesn't work.
