[Bug] Agent unexpectedly interrupts with "Interrupted" message in remote SSH sessions

Bug Description
I'm experiencing a repeated issues in claude code where whenever I make a request the agent stops working with this message.

but I'm not interrupting the agent
I'm working in cursor with an SSH connection to a github codespace, with a bash terminal using claude code CLI. I've also tried tmux terminal and it seems to last a little bit longer with the tmux sessions but it still happens. If I exit the session then go back into it, it makes it a little better but eventually the problem returns.
