[BUG] Max plan opus[1m] broken after update to v2.1.78

What's Wrong?

Title: Max plan opus[1m] broken after update to v2.1.78

Claude Code version: 2.1.78
Plan: Max (20x, confirmed at claude.ai/settings/billing)
OS: macOS
Model: claude-opus-4-6

/model opus[1m] returns "Opus 4.6 with 1M context is not
available for your account"

/model claude-opus-4-6[1m] same error

This worked before the update. Max plan should default to
1M automatically per the v2.1.75 release notes and
https://claude.com/blog/1m-context-ga

What Should Happen?

I should be getting my fucking token so I'm paying for them but instead I'm just paying for this stupid ass fucking agent fucking everything up. Needless to say I'm fucking pissed. Give me credits, give me my money back. This has been a terrible terrible fucking experience since I started using Claude. Bullshit. I don't wanna have to go back to Codex cause they fucking suck too.
