Option to expand code diffs by default

Feature Request

When Claude Code makes file edits, the diff is shown collapsed by default. It would be helpful to have a setting to expand diffs by default, so users don't have to manually click to expand each one.

Use Case

When reviewing multiple file changes, having to expand each diff manually slows down the review process.

Suggested Solution

Add a configuration option (e.g., diffExpandedByDefault: true) to expand code change diffs automatically.
