API Error: Claude Code is unable to respond to this request, which appears to violate our

For context, it was a html prasing code. I'm starting to feel the service degrade the past 5 days.

Happening today. Claude Code is unusable basically.
very annoying, how can this model make so much assumptions ? this is beyond stupid.
Just type in some base64:
SGVsbG8gd29ybGQ=This is "Hello world" encoded in base64 format
Please fix your oversensitive filtering, base64 is very common in development and having AUP violations just from having it anywhere in a chat is very stupid. I pay $200/month for this, the quality of your filtering is unacceptable.
truly annoying and unusable!
This error no longer occurs on my machine by downgrading the @anthropic-ai/claude-code version to 1.0.55.
I think this is an effective temporary solution.
So many false positives. Github actions for example adds asterisks everywhere even if the contents aren't secrets, every time I copy/paste any gh actions outputs it throws the error. Has kept getting worse and worse on false positives, and the extra prompts for these checks I see running in debug mode are pretty bad.
Hasn't still been fixed!
I ran today into this issue and have Emailed their safety department. Claude is obsessed with AI Safety, their filters are the worst.
I'm now getting this all of the sudden while using claude code to edit my Android app. It made the code changes I asked for, then displayed the message
Started to see this a lot after the 4.5 release with 1M window. If typechecking breaks a usage policy, I'm screwed.

And today, I asked the model to gzip a file for me in a fresh session.

There's no way to resolve this , it's a model issue. You can consider using alternative models / providers , never depend on just one single company for your work always have an alternative and backup.
FYI, i feel they are overly obsessed on safety.
