Consider shipping an official mobile app for Claude Code

Hey, I looked through the existing issues and didn't find an existing feature request for this, so here I go:

I'd like to ask for an official Claude Code mobile app capable of connecting to a Claude Code server/agent/process running on my computer and listing running sessions and offering the ability to monitor them and continue them from the phone as well.

This would make Claude Code extremely useful as a background worker chipping away at a problem back at home when I'm out and about with only my phone with me.
