What's Wrong?

Cowork plugin marketplace empty on Windows 11 Pro, workspace reinstall didn't fix (maybe same issue as #28853 and #29047 not sure?).

What Should Happen?

Plugin titles and descriptions should populate into the marketplace for customers to evaluate and select.
