[Bug] Shell path parsing fails with spaces in Windows home directory

Question

**Bug Description**
 - Windows 11 with spaces in home directory path (C:\Users\User Name)
  - Error: /usr/bin/bash: line 1: /c/Users/User: Permission denied
  - Happens on every command, even with bash --norc --noprofile
  - Commands still execute correctly, but exit code is always 1

**Environment Info**
- Platform: win32
- Terminal: windows-terminal
- Version: 2.1.71
