[Bug] Dangerous misinterpretation of file deletion request resulted in unintended --force-reset execution

Bug Description
You should see how poorly my last session was. In the last session claude comletely mistook my request to clear two pieces of upload data and instead deleted my entire docker database with a --force-reset. I lost almost everything, its taken me hours to fix but at least in the session it was helpful in doing so. Great tool, but that mistake (while yes in dangerously skip permissions mode) was a massive misundertanding that even in that mode should be very clear about what its going to do.
