[DOCS] Interactive mode docs missing numeric keypad option selection behavior for interview prompts
Documentation Type
Missing documentation (feature not documented)
Documentation Location
https://code.claude.com/docs/en/interactive-mode
Section/Topic
Keyboard/input behavior for selecting numbered options in Claude interview questions.
Current Documentation
No documentation currently exists for interview-question option selection controls (number-row vs numeric keypad input).
What's Wrong or Missing?
Changelog v2.1.69 added numeric keypad support for selecting options in Claude interview questions, but the interactive mode docs do not describe this input behavior.
Users need to know that both the number row and numeric keypad can be used, especially when troubleshooting terminal/input differences.
Suggested Improvement
Add a short subsection in interactive mode docs for interview-question selection input:
- Which keys are supported for numbered option selection
- That numeric keypad digits are supported in addition to the number row
- Any terminal caveats (if applicable)
Impact
Medium - Makes feature difficult to understand
