[Feature Request] add Interview mode

It would work similarly to how the planning mode works as it's not implementing changes, yet the goal of this would be to refine the user given prompt before being executed or turned into a plan.

I imagine it as an interview process where Claude code actually asks the user itself the specific questions (one by one) necessary to refine an underspecified prompt into a specific-enough prompt.

This could then be turned into a plan using plan mode or just executed as is.

It's often more efficient to have the user refine what they really want to make by leveraging targeted sequential questions from Claude rather than correcting the issues emerging from underspecified instructions later on.
