[BUG] Bug: Arabic text appears reversed in Claude Code extension input field

What's Wrong?
Arabic text typed in the Claude Code VS Code extension input box appears reversed (LTR instead of RTL). The same VS Code installation shows correct Arabic text in other extensions (e.g., Codex).

Open Claude Code extension in VS Code
Type any Arabic text in the input field
