[FEATURE] /feedback needs --no-transcript option

Problem Statement

/feedback will only send feedback if you agree to send the entire transcript for the current session, which makes no sense and is a horrible privacy decision.

Proposed Solution

--no-transcript or similar (plus config option to make that the default) to not send transcript with feedback.
