[FEATURE] Option to disable feedback prompts (How is Claude doing this session?)

Problem Statement

I get taken out of my flow from the "How is Claude doing this session?" prompts, and it's quite frustrating.

I appreciate that you want to gather feedback, but I would simply adore a setting to disable them.

Proposed Solution

A boolean setting like disableFeedbackPrompts that would disable these prompts.

Alternative Solutions

I've considered throwing my laptop into the ocean.
