Add option to disable "How is Claude doing?" feedback prompts

It would be helpful to have a configuration setting (e.g., in settings.json or via claude config) to disable the periodic "How is Claude doing?" sentiment/feedback prompts during interactive sessions.

For power users with established workflows, these prompts can be disruptive. A simple toggle like "feedbackPrompts": false in ~/.claude/settings.json would be ideal.
