[RFE] VSCode integration for locating definitions and references for symbols.

Currently Claude Code uses grep to find things - but VSCode has its own much more accurate ways of tracing symbols to where they are defined and where they are used - it would be great if Claude Code had a tool for VSCode integration that could trace the symbols more effectively than using grep.
