RFE: partial compact

I've noticed claude-code isn't quite as effective right after a compaction because some of the most relevant recent history has been summarized away. If I'm approaching the auto-compact limit while working, I'd like to trigger a partial compact, maybe the oldest 50% or something like that, leaving the most recent history fully intact.

I imagine /compact 50 or something like that would be extremely helpful!
