[BUG] Claude Code kicks in /extra-usage without asking for permission

What's Wrong?

Claude code moved towards using /extra-usage without prompting me

Not a lot but I was surprised - this was not the case in the past.

What Should Happen?

Claude should ask for permission before switching "extra-usage" on
