[BUG] Agent keep asking for the same permission

What's Wrong?

When Claude use a subagent, who ask me for permission to edit a file.
After giving the permission, the subagent keep asking me the same permission everytime

What Should Happen?

Instead, thie subagent should read the permissions in settings.json, oh remember of his own permissions

The agent will ask for permission, then will re-ask again several times
