[BUG] Infinitely asking for permission for web search

What's Wrong?

When asking Claude Code to research something, it will ask infinite amounts of permission (one for each search or link it wants to do), resulting in needing to click yes sometimes upwards of hundreds of times with no way to just accept all.

What Should Happen?

it should let user just allow it once instead of a hundred times
