[BUG] Remote Control fails with "Bridge environments are not available for this organization" on Pro plan

What's Wrong?

Claude Code version: 2.1.63
Plan: Claude Pro
OS: macOS
Auth: claude.ai OAuth (not API key)

Running claude --debug remote-control shows:
[bridge:repl] Environment registration failed:
Bridge environments are not available for this organization.

Steps taken:

• claude auth logout + claude auth login
• deleted ~/.claude/.credentials.json and re-authenticated
• confirmed Pro plan in claude auth status

What Should Happen?

Expected: Remote Control session starts successfully
Actual: Immediately fails with bridge registration error

• I logged out and in again via CLI
• I authenticated again via my personal Pro Plan Account
• I started /remote-control
