[BUG] when git is slow, claude start will be stuck

What's Wrong?

every time claude init, the superpower plugin will git fetch itself, becaue I'm on an very slow line to github, it will cost me about 3min to start claude.

What Should Happen?

jut do git fetch every day one time, not every time claude init
