[FEATURE] add badge or color code for suggested prompt

Problem Statement

current suggested prompt have no a mark or a differentiator
in our editor usually the suggested have a lesser opaque for its text

this sometimes can be confusing

Proposed Solution

add a mark or a color code to suggested prompt so the user know the current prompt is suggested by AI
