[BUG] Nonstop API Error: 500

What's Wrong?

Every conversation is halted by "API Error: 500 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Internal server error"},"request_id":"[request_id]"}"

What Should Happen?

This is a continuous error whenever Claude is working within the terminal, all work and all processes halt with "API Error: 500 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Internal server error"}"

Steps to Reproduce

Starting any conversation with Claude Code in the terminal is triggering this issue.
