[BUG] 500 error

What's Wrong?

Persistent 500 Internal Server Errors from Claude Code CLI.
Not transient - 4+ consecutive failures in a row, blocking all work.

## Impact
Unable to use Claude Code at all. Every request returns 500.

What Should Happen?

claude should be returning tests i had it run or code work it was tasked with. instead it displays the 500 error.
