[BUG] API Error: 500

What's Wrong?

When I try to give a command on claude-cli I get API Error:500. Even for trivial commands such as "hello" I get this error

What Should Happen?

My main request was for the claude to create a patch file for my project code

Steps to Reproduce

Just start 'claude' on my ubuntu-18.04
Type "hello"

Yes, this worked in a previous version
