[BUG] API Error: 500

What's Wrong?

Subject: Repeated API 500 errors during Claude Code session (~6 times in 1 hour)

Error details:
API Error: 500 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Internal server error"},"request_id":"req_011CYV91mDgCa37yiCzF6PBX"}

Context:

• Using Claude Code CLI (model: claude-opus-4-6)
• During a long session with multiple sub-agent (Task tool) invocations
• The 500 errors occur approximately every 10 minutes, ~6 times in the last hour
• Previous request_id with same issue: req_011CYV7mpHxmEyezX4xehjos
• The errors seem to happen more frequently when launching sub-agents (Task tool with general-purpose type)
• Each time, the user has to restart/resume the conversation flow manually

Impact: Significant workflow disruption - each crash loses sub-agent context and requires manual recovery.

What Should Happen?

Better if don't avec Error 500
