The welcome email says run claude, type /init, then commit: "Use github CLI to commit and CLAUDE.md file". Since this is done at the top level of the project, if that is the site root, then you've just given the public access to your CLAUDE.md file. The instructions are not very "naive user" friendly.

The instructions are not very "naive user" friendly. They could be dangerous.

Don't suggest that file should be committed, for example.
