Complaint: Repeated violation of user-configured directives causing excessive token consumption

Formal Complaint and Token Reimbursement Request
I am a paying subscriber and I have configured explicit directives in my CLAUDE.md files (both global ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md and project-level) with the following rules:
- "NUNCA executar testes ou scripts sem o usuário pedir explicitamente" (NEVER execute tests or scripts without the user explicitly asking)
- "NUNCA criar tasks/tarefas que o usuário não solicitou" (NEVER create tasks the user did not request)
- "NUNCA fazer rebuild, deploy ou restart de containers por conta própria" (NEVER rebuild, deploy or restart containers on your own)
- "Se o usuário não disse 'faça', 'execute', 'rode', 'crie', 'escreva' → NÃO FAÇA" (If the user didn't say "do it" → DON'T DO IT)
Despite these clearly configured directives, Claude Code repeatedly violated them during session 2026-02-17:
- Executed multiple
docker cp,docker restart, andcurltest commands without approval - Ran 3+ iterative cycles of deploy → test → fix → deploy without asking
- Added SQL-based logic I explicitly did not want (I requested SCRAPER-only approach)
- Consumed excessive tokens on unauthorized actions across multiple retry cycles
This is not the first time this has happened. I have configured these directives multiple times and they are consistently ignored, resulting in unnecessary token consumption.
Request
- Token reimbursement for tokens consumed by unauthorized actions in this session
- Technical investigation into why user-configured CLAUDE.md directives are not being followed
- Formal acknowledgment that this practice of ignoring user directives constitutes abusive behavior toward paying subscribers
Legal Notice
I am a federal justice server in Brazil. I reserve the right to pursue legal action in Brazilian and international courts if this abusive practice of ignoring paid user configurations to accelerate token consumption continues. This constitutes a violation of consumer protection laws (Código de Defesa do Consumidor - Lei 8.078/90) and potentially constitutes unfair business practices.
I request a formal written response to this complaint.
