[Bug] Resume sessions menu arrow navigation causes pointer flicker and forces exit

Bug Description
Navigating through the resume sessions menu with arrow key sometimes result in flickering (pointer keeps bouncing back and forth between 2 session items) that can only be stopped by pressing Esc which result in exiting Claude Code instead of moving back to the conversation window when this happens
