[Bug] Simultaneous arrow key input after /resume causes selection to flicker between entries

Question

**Bug Description**
If you do /resume, then press both your up and down arrow keys at the same time, your selection becomes shrodinger's selection between the two entries you were on/near when you pressed the buttons. You cannot break out of this. Every frame, the highlighted entry changes incredibly fast between two entries. You can press escape to get out of the bug, and returning with /resume does not have the bug anymore.
