[Bug] Agent SendMessage reports context-compressed before team lead processing in delegate mode

Bug Description
When using TeamCreate with background agents in delegate mode, SendMessage reports from agents get context-compressed before the team lead can process them. There's no durable way to retrieve agent outputs after team cleanup.
