[BUG] Claude for Mac - Claude Code inserts "Sessions" pane that blocks access to "Projects" pane

What's Wrong?

In the latest build of Claude for Mac, the sidebar inserts a "Sessions" pane that shares the sidebar with a "Projects" pane, and a splitter bar that allows the Sessions and Projects panes to be vertically resized. See screenshot:

BUG: If you have more than 10 "Projects" in the sidebar, you cannot reach any below the tenth project - because:

• The splitter bar is positioned at about the halfway point in the sidebar, and it can be moved higher (squashing Projects down to almost nothing) but cannot go lower. Sessions thus has a minimum height that blocks all entries in Projects below the tenth entry.

• The "Sessions" pane includes a vertical scrollbar, but the "Projects" pane does not, so you cannot scroll down within "Projects" to see any that are not cut off.

• There is no way to close, hide, detach, or otherwise get the Sessions pane out of the way. I looked in Claude for Mac Preferences, and in the menu bar options - nothing.

Since I tend to keep only one session open per project, I find "Sessions" to be annoying and useless and would strongly prefer an option to hide it entirely. But if we're stuck with it, I would at least prefer some way to see the rest of my projects!

This is very irritating and I hope that it is fixed immediately.

What Should Happen?

The Projects pane should allow more than ten entries to be shown - ideally, (1) by inserting a vertical scrollbar when needed, AND (2) making the Sessions pane optional and hideable as a setting.

1. Create 11 or more projects.
2. Look at the UI and notice that you can no longer reach projects 11 or up because the Code tab in Claude for Mac covers them with the Sessions pane.
