[Bug] Memory leak: Claude Code consumes excessive RAM when idle

Bug Description
I have Intel Core i9-10900F PC with 32GB RAM which is a decent computer but in last session using Windows Powershell my PC got hanged, on inspecting Task Manager I found that Claude Code was consuming more than 22GB of RAM, although Claude Code instance was open but I was not running any task. My browser, explorer, Claude Code etc got crashed. However, after restart it is working fine now but now again it reached 19GB+ RAM while not task is being run.
