[BUG] Approaching Opus usage limit :: wrong message

Bug Description

I have chosen the model opus 4, even when its limit is exceeded and it has automatically started using sonnet4, I am getting this message written at the bottom: "Approaching Opus usage limit · /model to use best available model"

Expected Behavior

It should not say that it is approaching limit, it should say that it has reached the limit and now is using another model
