[BUG] Agent Teams: Right-arrow to navigate to a different team member triggers prompt suggestion fill.

What's Wrong?

Trying to navigate the teammate picker (non-tmux mode) using the right arrow key triggers prompt suggestion as though I was still in the prompt box.

What Should Happen?

Let me scroll through my agents in peace!

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an agent team
2. Make sure you have a prompt suggestion in the box and more than one team member.
3. Arrow down into the team member picker and press right arrow.
4. Watch in horror as an AI slop prompt fills your prompt box.
