[BUG] Can't navigate Background task list with arrow keys (linux)

What's Wrong?
When in Background Task list, I am unable to nawigate through the list of (at the moment 3) background running tasks. I can open first one, but I cannot navigate to any other to see the status/output.
What Should Happen?
I should be able to navigate through the list with up/down arrow keys.
Error Messages/Logs
Steps to Reproduce
Claude Code in Linux terminal:
- open claude
- run background tasks
- navigate at the bottom to "3 background tasks", press enter
- list opens, but I cannot navigate up/down the list, enter works, but opens the first one
- happens in any terminal in any desktop environment
