[Bug] Terminal up/down arrow keys navigate history instead of editing current message on macOS

Bug Description
why did you change how up and down buttons work in terminal on mac. I need to use up and down to edit withing a message I am composing, not to scroll through message history. you made a recent change and I abolutely hate it.
