[Bug] Ctrl+Alt+K opens new terminal tab instead of reusing existing instance on Windows Git Bash

Bug Description
On Windows 11 with Git Bash as the Android Studio terminal, pressing Ctrl+Alt+K after selecting text
in a file:
- Opens a new Claude Code terminal tab instead of reusing an existing one
- Does not pass file name or line selection to the plugin
