[BUG] VS Code extension: "allow this bash command" while on Windows, which has no bash installed.

What Should Happen?

There is no "bash" on windows, and in fact using a name for the CLI is completely unnecessary. Just ask "Allow this command?"

Additional Information

Why is github's copilot using opus 4.5 so much better to use than your own extension? This should not have been possible, put more people (yeah: people, not Claude itself =) on improving this extension so that it's _better_ than github copilot.
