[BUG] `rg` not installed by default

(On macOS at least) Claude Code wants to keep calling rg, which appears to be an Anthropic-specific version of grep that ignores binary build outputs etc. -- but rg is not installed by default with Claude Code. It has to be installed using brew or similar. Please bundle this with Claude Code, or at least install it as a dep.
