I also want CLAUDE.local.md support for:
I want to have notes for large codebase that are loaded up depending if claude visits those folders.
I agree with @sfc-gh-mochen . Especially when moving to monorepo codebases having CLAUDE.local.md inside subdirs (not just project root) is important, as there is otherwise probably not a good personal customization.
