[Bug] /review command is deprecated, but the code-review plugin is unavailable in the marketplace

Bug Description
/review has been deprecated. It suggests installing the code-review plugin instead:
claude plugin install code-review@claude-code-marketplace

This is mentioned in the documentation, but the plugin no longer seems to be available. The link leads to a 404 page.
