[Bug] Permission auto-save uses deprecated colon syntax instead of space syntax

Question

**Bug Description**

Claude Code's permission auto-save writes deprecated colon syntax (`Bash(git commit:*)`) to settings.local.json when approving a command. Should use space syntax (`Bash(git commit *)`) per current docs.
