[Bug] Footer context counter misaligned with plugin status bars causing excessive whitespace

Bug Description
Context left until auto-compact: n% is squished and vertically tall in the footer on the right hand side when i have a plugin showing a footer status bar, shoving the prompt up and wasting half the display with whitespace in the footer because of a too-tall section
