Enable discussions.

Claude code changes the production process in a manner similar to significant past advances in management and production technology (ex: assembly lines). One of the key limiting factors of these technologies in the past has been rate of diffusion of best practices. I propose enabling discussions to this repo to create a focused area to discuss claude code usage, system prompt design, etc.
